1)    REGISTRATION: By registering, you certify that all information you provide, now or in the future, is accurate , we reserve the right in our sole discretion to deny you access to the services without notice for the following reasons (a) for any unauthorized access or use by you (b) if you assign or transfer (or attempt the same) any rights granted to you (c) if any acts of duplication / re distribution of the content shared in our services. 
2)    Re Transmission of Information : The design and information shared by NB Trading through the trading room and training module is valuable and our exclusive property.  You agree not to repeat or rebroadcast / re distribute / duplicate - in any way , any of the stock trading ideas or the training video lessons. You agree that if you do repeat or re-post any of trading ideas or any part of our intellectual property  by any mean, you will be liable for actual and punitive damages to be determined by a Indian court of Law
3)    Delay in Services : We shall not be liable for any loss or liability resulting , directly or indirectly , from delays or interruptions due to electronic or mechanical equipment failures , network failure , defects , weather , strikes , fire , acts of God , armed conflicts , acts of war or other similar causes. We shall have no responsibility to provide you access to the services while interruption is due to any such causes shall continue. Number of trading ideas and risk reward can vary as per market scenario. If and when trading opportunity is not found and analyzed in the market , it is not compulsory to give trading ideas on that particular trading day. 
4)    All sales are final , cancellation or transfer of any service is not possible after payment has been made. 
5)    Futures, stocks and options trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. The valuation of futures, stocks and options may fluctuate, and, as a result, clients may lose more than their original investment  , we shall not be liable for any losses incurred while making use of our strategies / trading ideas / methods. 
6)    All persons with similar vested interests – trainers / advisors are prohibited to join the services. On discovery the same shall be blocked without any notice or refund.
